Please note that all of our pieces are handmade to order, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do offer resizing for rings that do not fit correctly, where applicable.
Final Sale All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about an item before making a purchase, please feel free to reach out to us at info@conorjoseph.com. We're happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. You can reach us at info@conorjoseph.com. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
Purchases from Other Retailers If you purchased a Conor Joseph piece from another retailer, please refer to their specific return and exchange policies.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
