FAQ

Ring Resizing Policy
We highly recommend double-checking your ring size before completing your purchase. To ensure a proper fit, please consult with your local jewellery shop for an accurate measurement if you're unsure.
Standard Resizing
A standard resizing is available for a fee of £40, plus postage. This service covers a typical size adjustment.
Large Resizes
If your resizing request involves a significant change in size, there may be additional charges due to the extra metal required or the complexity of the adjustment. You will be informed of any additional costs before proceeding.
Please Note:
We advise confirming your size before purchase to avoid resizing where possible, as resizing can alter the design or finish of your ring.
Gold-Plated Jewelery Maintenance
Our gold-plated jewelry is crafted in 925 sterling silver then covered with a 5-micron layer of high-quality gold. While the plating enhances the piece's beauty, please be aware that it is not permanent. With proper care, however, you can extend the life of your gold-plated jewelry.
Re-Plating & Re-Polishing Services
We offer re-plating and re-polishing services for all our gold-plated items, starting at £60 per item. For more information, or to request a service, please contact us via our ‘Contact’ page.
Jewelery Care Tips
To ensure your gold-plated jewelery stays beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend the following care guidelines:
- Clean with Care: Use a soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Harsh chemicals or abrasive materials can damage both the gold plating and the underlying metal.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from strong chemicals like bleach, paint thinner, or cleaning agents. These can cause damage to the plating and base metal.
- Protect from Physical Damage: Avoid wearing plated jewelry during manual tasks or activities that could cause scratching or impact. Scratches can expose the sterling silver base underneath the gold plating.
By following these simple steps, you can maintain the beauty of your gold-plated pieces for as long as possible
